Deputy defense Minister spoke about the situation in the ATO zone

The Deputy Minister met with the UAE Ambassador.

The Russian army is conducting tests of the newest weapons in the Donbas. This was stated on Friday, 1 December, Deputy interior Minister Ivan Rusnak during a meeting with UAE Ambassador in Ukraine, Salem Ahmed al-Kaaba, the press service of the defense Ministry.

During the meeting the parties discussed priority issues and prospects of cooperation between Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates in the field of defense industry.

Deputy Minister also told about the situation in the ATO zone.

“Ukraine is in a difficult situation in connection with Russian aggression. In particular, Russia is to the East of the country the latest models of weapons and military equipment. In such circumstances, we must achieve significant progress in equipping his army,” – said Rusnak.
