For healthy teeth, the dentist advises not to avoid in the diet of vitamins A, D, K2 and E.
A dentist from Australia Steven Lin believes that proper nutrition is an equally important component of dental care.
“Your toothpaste is not so important for oral health, like proper nutrition,” notes Lin.
The specialist said that the tooth decay is not only sugar but lack nutrients that strengthen the teeth and give the acids and bacteria destroy the enamel.
To keep our teeth healthy, Lin advises not to avoid in the diet of vitamins A, D, K2 and E.
Vitamin A is contained in: beef liver, milk, eggs. Vitamin D: fatty fish, mushrooms and herbs. Vitamin K2: cheese, eggs, butter, salami. Vitamin E: spinach, broccoli and nuts.
