Declassified design of the new crossover Geely

Рассекречен дизайн нового кроссовера GeelyGeely continues to develop the Vision line of crossovers, which are nothing more than a converted hatchback.

In March of this year debuted pseudoclosure Geely Vision X1, which is a hatchback Geely Panda with a new body and interior, but with the old chassis, motor and transmission. Now declassified his older brother — Geely Vision X3, built on an aggregate base hatchback Geely GC5-RV sample 2012.

The official debut is planned for the near future, sales of the crossover will be before the end of the year.

As in the case of Geely Vision X1, the car received a new body and interior, and everything else remained unchanged — liter petrol engine capacity of 102 HP and a five-speed manual transmission. To go to such measures, the Chinese were forced for two reasons: poor sales of hatchback Geely GC5-RV need to be replaced to the new model, additionally, the all-new Geely cars have to have a single style, designed by chief designer Peter Horbury. But to develop the machine from scratch, the Chinese believed too expensive, therefore, Geely Panda and GC5-RV has undergone a radical transformation, becoming, in fact, in the new model.

However, it’s unknown whether the machine is to be sold in other markets, except Chinese.
