Debt of Ukrainians for housing and communal services in November increased

In November of this year the debt of Ukrainians for housing and communal services increased by 8.8% compared to October and amounted to 27.1 billion UAH (excluding energy).

This was reported by the State statistics service,

According to state statistics, in November 2017, the Ukrainians paid for housing and utility services 6.5 billion, including debt repayment prior periods amounted to 70.6% of the assessed during this month amount.

The highest level of payment zhilkomuslug in November-2017 recorded in Ivano-Frankivsk (145,3% with account of repayment of debts of previous periods), Chernihiv (112%) and Vinnytsia (110,2%), other areas are paid from 48% to 95% zhilkomuslug.

Average charges for housing and utility services in the country on a one owner account consumption of electricity (150 kWh) Nov-2017 increased in comparison with October by 58% – up to UAH 1270.

According to the state statistics service, in January-November 2017 concluded with a population of 84.4 per thousand contracts on repayment of the restructured debt for housing and utility services for a total amount of UAH 394,6 million.

In 2016, the Ukrainians paid for housing and utility services 60,053 billion, or 82.8% accrued during this period amounts that is by 23.6% more than in 2015 (the level of payment was 95,4%).

Data are given without of taking into account Crimea and Sevastopol and part of the territory of Donbass.
