In the life of a 30-year-old Dmitriy Kim was a terrible tragedy: on January 16 dancer had a leg amputated. The talented dancer has worked in the ballet Anita Tsoy year: in this case, the casting out of 120 applicants were selected only three people!
After some time, Dmitry decided to try their hand at a Western arena and went to build a career in America. But his plans ended during the Christmas holidays in Los Angeles. Around the walls of white stone, Dmitry decided to take a selfie: but yet he picked the best angle, part of the wall collapsed right on it! He was immediately taken to one of the best hospitals, where doctors were able to fix a broken leg.
But then the dancer started blood poisoning, he underwent four surgeries and was amputated at the knee the left leg. “I had suicidal thoughts. I was very scared. I cried for 16 hours straight and didn’t want to come in real life disabled. I suffered terrible torments. The only person who knew close friends from America, I even told my mother immediately. But now I got myself together and appreciate every moment given to me each day. We must fight even when it seems that everything is over! You can bury yourself now and again to be reborn. Small but confident steps I go into a new life! So after a couple of months, let’s dance!”, — said Dmitry in an interview Life.ru.
Friends of Dmitry collect money for the prosthesis and rehabilitation treatment that he was soon able to not only move, but dance.
