Russian artist Sergey Elkin has depicted in a witty caricature of the reforms of the Kremlin, who are preparing for the election campaign of Vladimir Putin in the presidential election.
“Vladimir Putin has not yet announced that will nominate his candidacy for a fourth presidential term. But in his election program is already preparing a package of reforms. This is to cover”, — said in a note to the caricature.
The image flaunts a Nude, but with the crown, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, who is covered by a sheet of paper with the words “a Package of reforms to the elections in 2018”.
