At the all-Russian ecological forum “Clean country”, the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev declared about necessity of creation of uniform system of the waste. The period of performance of the assignment until January 15, 2021, and the first report will show, in October this year. For the creation of the system will be the responsibility of the Ministry of environment and the Ministry of communications.
In the same period of time will be introduced the scheme of waste management. For a period before July 1, the Ministry should make an inventory of containers, including for collection of municipal solid waste (MSW). The results of the inventory will identify the Subjects of the Russian Federation in which it is necessary to purchase containers for MSW. To Finance the purchase will be Federal budget.
Recall from 1 January 2019 to force “garbage reform.” Under the new law, now for the processing of MSW be determined by regional operators. Their services – a separate item of expenditure for the citizens. The average amount of waste MSW will be 1225 RUB. per year. Those who sort waste, the cost of payment of export of wastes will be returned. This will take care of the environment Ministry, the Ministry of Finance and economy. The new system should improve the environmental situation in the country.
