Firaxis Games has released a demo of the game.
To spur interest in Sid Meier’s Civilization VI among gamers, Firaxis Games decided to use the old — fashioned way- produce demo. She is already waiting for you on the game page in Steam.
The probe you will be able to play for the Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang on a fixed map against America, Egypt and the Sumerian Kingdom. The second mode available in the demo — learning with the Sumerian Kingdom and Egypt. Both versions are limited to 60 moves. So you understand the scale: the standard race in Civilzation VI ends after 500 moves, if none of the participants did not achieve another type of victory.
When you run out of the limit, you will be prompted to purchase the full version of the game or start the game again. The developers assure, you can run the demo as many times as you want.
To make life easier for newcomers to the series, Firaxis Games has prepared a compact manual for beginners with dozens of useful tips and hints. It is available on the official website.
In addition, this weekend, Steam has started a sale of publisher 2K Games, which came and Civilization VI. You can buy the base game at a 20% discount or an extended edition with 25% discount.
