Citroën presented a concept wagon, which received the name of SpaceTourer 4X4 Ë Concept. The novelty is made in the style of branded accessories from the collection “Ë” (letter taken from the French spelling of the name of the brand Citroën). In the company of such a vehicle called the “dream traveler”.
The prototype is built on the basis of a modification of the van SpaceTourer with a short wheelbase. Compared to the production car the ground clearance of the “E-concept” increased by 60 mm, there was a wheel drive system, developed jointly with the French company Automobiles Dangel, and a special body kit with protective padding, which should give the car the look of an SUV.
The top of the seats and headrests covered in white leather, and the other elements are finished in grey Alcantara. System of transformation of salon allows you to leave only four seats in the passenger cabin. In this case, the volume of the Luggage compartment is increased to two cubic meters.
Novelty is equipped with 150-horsepower diesel engine and six-speed manual transmission.
In the prototype equipment included head-up display, rear view camera, adaptive cruise control, tracking system for dead zones and road marking, traffic sign recognition, automatic switching beam in the middle and the prevention of frontal collisions.
The public debut of “E-concept” will be held at the March Geneva motor show.
