China will take tourists fingerprints

The first item on the fingerprint collection will open February 10 at the airport to Shenzhen.

Foreigners will be obliged upon entry into China to do the fingerprints. This decision was made by the Ministry of public security (MOB) after the new rules approved by the state Council of China.

To undergo fingerprinting must be foreigners aged between 14 to 70 years, in addition to those coming to China on diplomatic passports, members of official delegations and government officials. Also, exceptions can be made in some special cases stipulated in bilateral agreements.

The first item on the fingerprint collection will open February 10 at the airport of Shenzhen city in Guangdong province, and then this measure will be introduced at other crossing points.
