Anomalous snowfall caught the people of China unexpectedly.
People living in the North of China, faced with this anomaly of the weather.
In August there fell the first snow, although precipitation is expected closer to November.
The Chinese are surprised by this turn of events and completely unprepared for the fact that since August their cities with snow.
Moreover, just in may, they still went through the snow and here again, forced to dress in warm clothes and boots.
