The Chinese Ambassador did not mention the timing of this decision

The Chinese government expresses its readiness to introduce visa-free regime with Ukraine, based on the willingness of the two countries, said Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine Du Wei.

“The Chinese side is ready at any time, in accordance with the desire of the two parties, according to the principle of equality and mutual benefit, to adopt new measures on the exchange of people between our countries, including a visa-free regime”, – he said at a press conference on the occasion of the establishment of the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and China on Friday in Kiev.

The diplomat also noted that the Chinese side welcomes the decision of the European Union on liberalization of visa regime with Ukraine.
