Children, victims during a fire in a camp “Victoria”, talked about their experiences.
It is noted that as a result of the fire the three girls were poisoned by carbon monoxide. 11-year-old Olga Zadorina also received a spinal injury, as children jumped from the second floor, due to the fact that the front door was on fire.
Of the three injured was discharged from the intensive care unit of the Odessa children’s hospital. According to them, they feel good, and I remember that moment, when the fire occurred.
“When we ran, smelled, then headed for the bathroom towels to soak so as not to inhale the air… Tatiana Olegovna commanded us to jump and we jumped,” say the girls.
We will remind, the fire in the Odessa children’s camp “Victoria” broke out on the night of September 16. Educators could organize the evacuation. Just camp at the time of the fire was 150 children. Three of them died.
