Case Gubarev transferred in Shevchenkovsky court of Kiev

Gubarev declared wanted in may 2014.

The security service of Ukraine completed pre-trial investigation against one of former leaders of the terrorist organization DND Paul Gubarev. An indictment against terrorist directed for consideration in Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev, reports a press-the SBU center.

“Gubarev was charged under part 1 and part 3 of article 109 (actions aimed at violent change or overthrow the constitutional order or the seizure of state power), part 2 article 110 (infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine), part 1 of article 28 (Commission of crime a criminal organization), part 1 of article 294 (mass riots) and part 1 of article 258-3 (creation of terrorist organizations) of the criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

The investigation is conducted under the procedural guidance of the Chief military Prosecutor’s office, said the SBU.
