Most people associate multiple sclerosis with symptoms that are manifested in the late stage of the disease, is the deterioration of ambulation, the need for canes or other similar devices, as well as cognitive dysfunction.

However, scientists have found that there are more early signs, such as strong, constant tiredness and depression. If you have these symptoms, they recommend a thorough examination.

To such conclusions experts came to the study with the participation of volunteers. The participants stated that the most exhausting think constant fatigue.

To improve the quality of life, experts recommend to carry out some physical exercise, and also have to undergo cognitive behavioral therapy.
