Certain foods or even meals with regular consumption, can provoke a not too pleasant smell of your body.
As found by Dutch researchers, this is because residues of these products are actively excreted in the sweat and create unpleasant odors around.
First in the black list is spices. In particular garlic, cumin and curry. They better not be abused if it’s an important event, where everything has to be perfect.
Next is fast food, sausages and alcohol. This is what we had to give up long ago. Here’s another reason.
Also the list included red meat, asparagus, olives and cheeses.
