Called dangerous consequence of regular lack of sleep

Scientists from the U.S. came to the conclusion that regular sleep deprivation leads to the development of Alzheimer’s disease.

During the research it turned out that after a sleepless night the level of dangerous substances in the subjects of 25-30 per cent higher than normal. With regular lack of sleep the consequences can be irreversible, scientists say.

Alzheimer’s disease is one of the most common forms of dementia, is most common in people over 50 years.
