Business partners Avakov gave the two floors of state-owned enterprises in Kiev

At the end of March 2016″, Ukrgeoproekt” appealed to the management of the state property Fund in Kiev with the offer to rent a property in Kiev street Kikvidze, 8/9 with a total area of 967 sq. m. the Firm wanted to lease 773 square meters on the 3rd floor of the administrative building and the ground floor area of 244 sq m. This property is on balance of state enterprise “Kirovgeologiya”.

The day after the Metropolitan management of the state property Fund sent to the State service of Geology and mineral resources of Ukraine the documents. In Gosgeonedra had to make a decision about the possibility of handover of the site for offices. On request “Kirovgeologia” about whether the transfer of these offices, the State service of Geology and mineral resources of Ukraine received the answer that these premises are free.

But at the same time SPF not received from the State service of Geology and subsoil answer about rental opportunities, which he regarded as a tacit agreement. Then, the Fund has chosen a real estate appraiser and made an announcement about the intention to transfer this property to rent. Premises passed “Ukrgeofizyka” in July last year to 35 months.

But state-owned enterprise refused to surrender the real estate firm. In court, the company stated that the building is operating and the state property Fund had no right to transfer the lease. In addition, the rental price was too low at times.

The court found that the state enterprise has not provided evidence of low price lease, and the state property Fund had the right to transfer the object with the “acquiescence” Gosgeonedra. Therefore, the court ordered “Kirovgeologia” until mid-March to pass under the offices, “Ukrgeoproekt” premises in Kiev.

Note that in Economic court of Kiev is a counterclaim “Kirovgeologia” about recognition invalid lease contracts. The court postponed the consideration of this case pending a decision on the claim “Ukrgeofizyka”.

LLC “Ukrgeoproekt” was registered at the end of may 2015 in Kharkov, the founders are Roman Drozhbin, Alexander Nastenko, Vitaly Tkachev Vitaliy Yakimenko.

Today, Roman is the assistant to people’s Deputy from “popular front” Igor Kolvitskoje, which in turn is a longtime business associate of interior Minister Arsen Avakov. Drozhbin with its business partners established previously OOO “Angro-invest” and OOO “Nuclear energy system of Ukraine” and “rare metals” and got through the court of the special permit for mining operations in various regions of the country.

SE “Kirovgeologiya” engaged in intelligence work since last summer it is headed by Vitaliy Nelga.

At the end of last year, the National anti-corruption Bureau has opened a criminal case against acting head Gosgeonadzor Nicholas boyarkina on suspicion of illicit enrichment.
