Bus fell into river in India, killing 10 people

The number of victims still can increase.

At least 10 people were killed and 25 injured in a traffic accident with a tourist bus in the Indian state of Manipur.

The incident occurred on Monday night in the district Senapati on the highway, Imphal-Dimapur. The bus swerved off the road into the riverbed of the local river, 65 kilometers from Imphal.

The cause of the accident has not been established. The injured were hospitalized. According to law enforcement officers, the number of victims could rise, because many of the injured are in critical condition.
