“Building Amnesty” has allowed it to legitimize already about nine thousand houses. About it reports a press-service of the government with reference to the Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services Gennady Zubko.
“Ukraine has risen by 105 steps and got the 35th in the annual ranking of Doing Business according to the indicator of “Obtaining building permits”, ahead of Austria, Poland, Finland, Latvia, Canada and even Japan,” said Zubko during a press conference 24 Jan, devoted to reforms in Ukraine.
According to him, the Ministry of regional development has reduced the licensing procedure, set the criteria for inspections and deals with the decentralization of the State architectural and construction inspection (EXTINGUISH).
The Minister also noted that the online platform “Transparent EXTINGUISH”, launched in 2018, already used by more than one and a half thousand developers.
“Building Amnesty” for objects of minor consequences class (CC1) was announced by the Ministry of regional development in September 2018. We are talking about renewal of documents on private, country and manor houses, as well as garages with an area of 300 sq. m. built before 2015.
