British rider Daniel Hegarty crashed on the sixth lap of motorcycle racing in Macau (China). 31-year-old athlete in one of the turns lost control and flew off the road.
Before hitting protective barriers Hegarty helmet flew off, which led to fatal injuries. Racer died without regaining consciousness on the way to the hospital. The competition was stopped and the organizers on Twitter expressed his condolences to the family and friends of Daniel.
