Bloody accident in Kharkov revealed unusual details

In a terrible car accident in Kharkiv, when Elena Zaitseva Lexus rammed a crowd of people found unusual details. This crash is almost completely written off a blueprint with the incident nearly a decade ago.

In October 2017, Andrey Poltavets in Kharkov was detained again by the police. He sat behind the wheel drunk. On 30 October, the court elected the measure of restraint. It was released under the personal obligation.
