The award ceremony will be held June 12 at the O2 arena in London. The ceremony will be Chris Jericho — wrestler and frontman of Fozzy. On behalf of the Black Sabbath award will be given to guitarist Tony Iommi.

Thank you for this award. Great to know that after almost 50 years, Black Sabbath still remain. It is also important for the history of music. I want to thank our fans who have been with us all this time. Without them, Black Sabbath would not be.
