We will note, the Commission on securities and stock exchanges (SEC) the United States first brought charges to businessman Maxim Zaslavsky and his two companies of fraud with the digital currency. The Commission suspects the businessman of defrauding investors during the primary placements of tokens (ICO) for projects associated with real estate and diamonds.
According to representatives of the SEC, Zaslavsky and his company sold unregistered securities, and the proposed digital coins did not exist.
