Russia promises to restore the supply of “clean” oil on April 29.
In Belarus, said that on Thursday, April 25, partially resumed deliveries of light oil products in Ukraine and Poland. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Belneftekhim concern Vladimir Sizov.
“Now we estimate the losses we incur in April. Today, they are about $100 million in foregone revenue from the sale of petroleum products,” – said the official.
It is clarified that the representatives of Transneft will arrive on April 26 in Minsk to discuss the situation with poor quality oil.
Sizov has informed that the Belarusian side expects to obtain “specific information about the time of the arrival of “clean” oil and to predict the operation of the entire oil transportation and refining system.”
He said that Belarus continues pumping oil to Ukraine via the Druzhba pipeline. “We keep in touch with the operator of Ukrainian oil pipelines. As information changes we will further inform about the current situation”, – said Sizov.
According to the Agency, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak said that the quality of oil from Russia will arrive on the border with Belarus on April 29. As compensation for the poor quality of Belarus proposes to increase the indicative balance of Russian oil deliveries.
Mention how do the Belarusian oil refineries (refinery) suffered from a poor oil, Kozak said: “We now understand how much they suffered and how we have to increase the price at which deliveries of motor fuel on the Belarusian market”.
