According to him, bail was introduced on 1 November. It made a certain Victor Ermolaev.
Recall, 18 August 2016 Kaskiv was detained on the border of Costa Rica, where he wanted to go and Panama. Ukraine appealed to the authorities of Panama with a request for his extradition.
