The President’s decree, which provides for the blocking of Russian social network Vkontakte, will be enacted after its official publication in mass media.
The decree of the President of Ukraine not later than in 15 days after signing subject to the promulgation of the state language in official publications.
The official printed publications are the newsletter “Official messenger of the President of Ukraine”, newspaper “Governmental courier”.
The decree Poroshenko about blocking sites comes into force from the date of its publication.
Thus, the presidential decree will come into force no later than 1 June 2017.
