Became known, when Ukrainians forced to sort trash

About 40% of the waste can be reused.

From 1 January 2018, the citizens of Ukraine will be required to sort all waste by type in accordance with the norms of the law “On waste”.

However, the decision with the list and sequence of operation debris is not created.

It is known that the now seventh part of Ukraine are littered with debris. Only under official landfills buried kvadratnih 43 thousand kilometers,which is the size of Denmark. And every Ukrainian daily adds at least a kilo of garbage to this amount.

However, approximately 40% of garbage is a useful and valuable secondary resources, such as paper, glass and polymers. Near some of the Kiev high-rise buildings concerned activists are already setting up the experimental containers for sorting waste, one for metal packaging, plastic and glass.
