The President of Ukraine Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Ukraine for one to two months. It is not excluded that this time will be completed and the work on the Agreement on free trade zone.
This was told by Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Turkish Republic in Ukraine Yonet Jan Tezel.
“Turkish President intends to visit Ukraine in a month or two. It is quite difficult, but maybe the negotiations (on the Agreement on free trade area — ed.) will be completed by that time. Both countries need the agreement and both countries will benefit from this,” said the diplomat.
According to him, the visit of the President of Turkey is part of the cooperation mechanism provided by the activities of the Strategic Council of high level.
“Presidents annually visit the country each other. Last year Petro Poroshenko was in Turkey. Two years ago, Recep Tayyip Erdogan was here. And now the President of Turkey will come with several Ministers to discuss numerous issues,” said Tezel.
