Became known, the number of electric vehicles in Ukraine

The country registered more than 4,000 electric cars.

The total fleet of electric vehicles, which are operated in Ukraine has exceeded 4,000 units. However, only in the last 8 months it has doubled.

As noted, for 10 months of 2017 the fleet of electric vehicles increased by 2,400 cars, the lion’s share of which amounted to b/a import Nissan Leaf. By the end of 2016, the Park has increased by more than 1,400 of the electric cars.

Almost 90% of all electric cars – the Nissan Leaf the first generation, 2013-2014 edition. Next, with a noticeable lag coming electric Ford Focus, Tesla Model S, BMW i3, Fiat 500e, Toyota RAV4 EV.

Leader in the number of electric cars is Kiev with the area – almost 30% of the market. Next are the Kharkiv – 20%, Odessa – 18%, the Dnieper – 6%.

If the trend continues, by the end of 2018, the fleet of electric vehicles could again be doubled, reaching more than 8,000 units.
