The offender is threatened by punishment up to life imprisonment.
In June the police received from a local resident who was collecting mushrooms in the Forest-Wodnicka the forest, suddenly found the body of a man. Already on the scene, police found the woman already it was impossible to know due to the considerable putrefactive changes of tissues.
After a few days in Baryshevsky police Department was contacted by a woman who reported the disappearance of her 33-year-old daughter.
The investigators found that the missing woman had lived in the capital, to rent an apartment together with the civil husband, who in conversation with law enforcement in the end admitted that he had taken her life in a forest near Kiev.
After a series of investigative actions it was established that previously found in the forest a woman’s body belongs to the murder, which the suspect confessed.
As explained by the incident arrested a 35-year-old native of Kiev region, which, incidentally, has in the past served a sentence for murder, he and his civil wife in the street has been domestic conflict and quarreling, they were in Pushcha-Wodnicka forest. A man repeatedly struck on the head with his concubine. When it turned out that the woman was dead, the killer bought the lime, which covered a woman’s body, hoping to conceal the crime. Subsequently, the man went home to Baryshevka.

According to part 2 St. 115 (Premeditated murder), the attacker faces from ten to fifteen years of imprisonment or life imprisonment.
