In the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh on April 5 a baby girl was born with a rare birth defect, because of which the baby’s heart was on the outside.
The girl’s parents learned that something wrong during the ultrasound, but on further examination, the couple was not.
“We never thought that our Pervenets will suffer,” said the girl’s mother.
According to doctors, chances to survive are 50 to 50. She was transferred to a hospital in Delhi, where she will be operated specialist from the Indian Institute of medical Sciences.
