Avakov told about the strategy for the return of Donbass

The Minister believes that it may take a decade.

The Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov at the eighth National expert forum of the Gorshenin Institute, told about his vision of strategy for the return of Donbass.

“How can you achieve the liberation of Donbass? Peacekeepers together with the Ukrainian forces will become the international recognized borders of Ukraine. From the territory of Ukraine takes all the subdivisions of foreign States, the Russian Federation. Taking all these polubanditskoe organizations that they change as gloves. To introduce justice, no national police, no additional prosecutors and freedoms, only in a legislative field of Ukraine”, – said the Minister.

After that, the idea Avakov, the time will come “tactics of small steps”, each of which will improve the quality of life for residents of Donbass.

“It gives us the opportunity to between five, seven, maybe ten years to Mature rehabilitation. This path will require huge financial resources. But it must be clear that we will need international assistance,” – said the Minister.
