Natural remedy colds

Influenza – an acute respiratory disease, occurring with symptoms of intoxication: headache, weakness, nausea, fever, etc.

Pathogens are influenza viruses A and B. the Source of infection – a sick man. Infection occurs through airborne droplets.

For the treatment of influenza use the following collection of herbs: oregano and thyme 15 g, elecampane root 12 g, Valerian root – 5 grams calamus root – 4 g, peppermint – 10 g, eucalyptus leaves – 10 grams, peel onions and garlic – 5 g, licorice root (licorice) – 10 grams, rose hips brown – 30 g, horsetail – 40 g, corn silk – 50 g flax seeds – 30 g honey – 40 g lemon juice – 30 ml.

Components chop, mix thoroughly, add the powdered root of Echinacea purpurea and 15 g of hyssopus officinalis – 20 g. Pour 4 tablespoons collecting 400 ml of boiling water, insist 2 hours.

Take 50 ml 4-5 times a day 1 hour before meals. This tool destroys harmful and pathogenic microbes, bacteria, fungi, and mucous membranes of the respiratory system are cleansed, even from the tubercle Bacillus.

For the treatment of influenza, acute respiratory infections and SARS use the following recipe.

Mix the tincture of Echinacea purpurea (3 ml) and the decoction of licorice root (2 tablespoons per 200 ml of boiling water), add 1 tablespoon of aloe juice. Take 1 tbsp. spoon every 2-3 hours.

For the prevention of influenza folk medicine recommends to take Echinacea tincture, 20 drops in a spoonful of water 3 times a day before meals. Dose can be increased to 1 tsp – it won’t hurt.
