Authorities banned the sale of SIM cards without the passport data

Russia is preparing another ban, this time best 99% of the citizens of the country. We are talking about banning sales of SIM cards without passports — the bill will be approved during the current parliamentary session until the end of next month.

A law banning sales of SIM cards without the passport data will come into force on 1 January 2018, and that, on the one hand, it may seem next stage in the development of a comprehensive surveillance of the Russians, but the reality is much more interesting.
