Attack in Jerusalem: militants attacked a police

The incident wounded two police officers, 22-year-old girl and her colleague.

According to information, one of the attackers tried to open fire from an improvised machine gun type “Carlo” (counterfeit “Carl-Gustav”), but he jammed the shutter. He dropped the weapons and fled. The police is harassment. Three others were armed with knives. The police managed to remove them.

The incident wounded two police officers, 22-year-old girl and her colleague. The girl’s condition is assessed as severe, she was hospitalized at the Hadassah hospital on mount Scopus (har ha-Tsofim), and the second policeman in “Hadassah” Ein Kerem.

Injuries were also two Arabs, who happened to be on scene. 22-year-old resident of East Jerusalem and the Palestinian Arabs with gunshot wounds of moderate severity sent to Jerusalem hospital “Shaare Zedek”.
