Employees of the State enterprises scientific and applied researches of the country plunged into great depths with deep-sea cameras. According to scientist Tim O’hara, the search area until that time was “the most unexplored environment on the planet.”
Experts in the study found a strange creature. The fish had no eyes, nose, and mouth were absent. The researchers noted that at a depth of four kilometers, so dark that creatures living there simply do not need eyes. The inhabitants of the sea through bioluminescence can create its own lighting.
Scientists have noted that life at such depths is very difficult because of the strong pressure, small amounts of food and temperature.
Many of the animals living in the deep sea, according to scientists, concentrated, reminiscent of jelly. Others have spines, and terrible tusks.
