Some of these predictions almost came true

A series of illustrations called “France in 2000-m to year” was created by Jean-Marc côté and other French artists in the period from 1899 to 1910

Each illustration reflects how the artists imagine the future and, indeed, many people of that time — how will life under the influence of developing technologies. Some of these predictions almost came true, looking at the others, wondering how such a thing could someone come to a head.

However, perhaps our predictions for the future, too, will seem ridiculous to those who will live in 2117.
