Firm De Rosee Sa have designed a house on the site of the old garage in London.

The total project area was 110 square meters.

The basic concept was to create three external patio area around the original building, thereby saving space on the site. One of them made the lower level with a basement. Posted second bedroom, bathroom and a room with plants. Above, on the ground floor, a courtyard separates the private bedrooms from the kitchen and living room in the new annexe.

And finally, the third courtyard is at the driveway, organizing the storage of bicycles. During the summer months the owners have the ability to open multiple doorways to create one large family space. To finish chose a simple palette of materials.

To allow spaces to flow from one to the other, used white walls, pine boards and oak parquet, and the Windows and doors of black Thistle.
