Artificial intelligence Amper, created by the American start-up Amper Music, helped to record the album, singer Taryn southern.
Music album called “I AM AI” was written and produced by artificial intelligence, in cooperation with people. The album’s first single, the song “Break Free” are already available in the network. The only data set in the system Amper was the music tempo, rhythm, mood and style.
Amper creates a unique piece of music a certain tone, length, and musical genre in a few seconds. The received melodies can then be used when recording real musicians.
One of the founders drew Silverstein previously explained in an interview with TechCrunch that the artificial intelligence works completely independently, and in collaboration with live musicians. According to Silverstein, the idea of such development is to help people to move forward in the creative process.
Amper creators hope their technology will be the first step towards the unification of the computer and the human to create music.
