Apple will no longer release popular players

Apple stopped manufacturing the iPod nano.

American Corporation Apple stopped manufacturing the iPod nano and iPod shuffle.

Now these devices are only available in retail stores, buy them on the website anymore.

“Today, we are simplifying our iPod lineup. There are two models of iPod Touch: now with twice the power, at a price of $ 199, and we discontinued sales of the iPod nano and iPod shuffle,” said an Apple representative.

The company has already closed the pages of these players on their official website. Direct link to the purchase page,which still give the search engines are also not available. Apple left the production of the iPod touch, which will be available in two models with 32 and 128 GB of memory.

Reporters noted that one of the reasons for the cessation of production of these devices was that iPod nano and iPod shuffle do not support Bluetooth technology. This means that they will not be able to work with the latest wireless headphones from Apple. However as yet these gadgets can be purchased in the retail network.

We will add that Apple hasn’t updated iPod nano since October 2012, and the iPod shuffle since September of 2010.
