4 Apple TV received a new firmware version for testing. Apple today seeded the fifth beta of tvOS 11 for Apple TV 4 that can test the registered Apple developers and subscribers paid Apple Developer Program.
Within days a new beta will be available for testing to all other users.
In beta 5 fixed bugs of previous versions and improves performance of the operating system.
Also made some small updates, such as the ability to sync home screen several Apple TV via iCloud, automatic switching between day and night mode, new background multitasking modes, with support for notifications, customized sound user-selected actions and some other add-ons.
Users who want to test the new firmware on your Apple TV, must register for beta.apple.com.
To register, use the Apple ID that is tied to iCloud, then choose your Apple TV Settings — System — Software Updates and click the Get Beta Udates. The update will be offered to install as soon as I become available.
tvOS 11 will be officially released this fall for the fourth-generation Apple TV.
