This is evidenced by a recently revealed Apple patent.
Apple has patented a system of wireless charging, as stated in the recently issued patent. Based on the document future iPhone and iPad can be recharged via Wi-Fi.
The newspaper also published the text of the patent, dated 2015 year and named Wireless Charging and Communications Systems With Dual-Frequency Patch Antennas (“System wireless charging and communication with dual antennas”).
It is noted that the company intends to convert a radio frequency to DC power. The system modules will simultaneously provide devices and Internet charge.
It is currently unknown exactly when Apple intends to implement this idea. Clearly, the devices of this year, this feature will not.
