Apple begins shipments of iPhone X

Apple is experiencing problems with the production.

Taiwanese electronic components manufacturer Foxconn Electronics has started deliveries of its flagship smartphone, the iPhone X.

First 46,5 thousand smartphones have already been sent to the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates.

However, this volume of supply is a record low for Apple. For comparison, the first batch of iPhone 8 has made more than 900 thousand smartphones. Apparently, Apple is having trouble manufacturing the sensor system TrueDepth underlying interface Face ID.

In recent days, Foxconn Electronicsв four times increased production of the iPhone X. However, Experts note that the increase in production still can not meet the market demand.

During the announcement in September, Apple said that accepting pre-orders for the iPhone X will start on October 27 and the supply and retail sale of smartphone is expected to begin on 3 November.
