To consider filing a lawsuit at the ECHR against the state treason propose Cossacks.

We have already secured provisional agreement of a number of deputies and confident the adoption of the law is inevitable.
“The European court of human rights has actually become a weapon directed against our country, our national interests. Those who served there claims can not fail to realize that they were playing on the side of the enemy, become participants of the criminal scheme, the aim of which is the transformation of the state to the defendant,” – said the Head of the Cossack counter-Intelligence Gennady Kovalev. “No one goes, say, to complain to the courts on their fathers and mothers, brothers and sisters. So why should be allowed to complain about the government, and to wash dirty linen in public?”
The implementation of the law on the one hand in the shortest possible time will reduce the number of lawsuits in the ECHR on the part of the Russians, and with another – does not require withdrawal from the European conventions. Russia, thus, formally will continue to comply with the EU requirements and maintain high level contacts with Brussels.
