Sony held the announcement of their new mirrorless camera a7R III. The camera has a sensor with back-illuminated Exmor R and a very high price tag and a replacement model for a7R II, proved to be quite successful for its price range.
The new mirrorless Sony a7R III will go on sale in the first half of November this year and will begin its March around the world from Europe. The price is only 3500 Euro and it includes a CMOS sensor Exmor R 42.4 inches, paired with the image processor BIONZ X, is capable of continuous shooting at 10 frames per second at maximum resolution.
Sony a7R III boasts a ISO sensitivity range 50-10240 and support 14-bit RAW format without compression, and 399-point phase detect autofocus on the focal plane, working in conjunction with a 425-point contrast AF. Camera comes with 5-axis optical stabilization, a viewfinder Tru-Finder, USB-C port, 3-inch touchscreen and WI-FI module. In the bonus recording 4K video at 60 frames per second and Full HD at 120 frames per second.
