Remember how in “the Cabin in the woods” heroes digging in the trash, not even knowing what to choose thus the path will go their history, ending, of course, their death? Here is the same scene we were shown now, in the passage of the Japanese-American horror movie “the Temple”.
Japan is one of the most mysterious countries. And one of the most attractive. That trio of American tourists moved to the land of the rising sun, hoping to have a great time. And they succeeded one hundred percent. At least, miss them do not have to. The characters were so fascinated by an abandoned Church that decided to spend the night there. Despite all the warnings of the locals. What happened next is easy to guess.
In may of this year we saw the first trailer for “the Temple”, and in July we have the new trailer this exotic horror.
The picture was directed by debutant Michael Barrett, and the script was originally written Simon Barrett (the Guest), but later the script was rewritten by George.T. Patty (“Buried”). Starring Logan Huffman (“V in excellent quality”), Natalia Warner (“steps”) and Brandon Sklenar (“New”).
September 1 “the Temple” was released in limited release in the United States, and also became available on the services “Video on demand”.
