Americans believe that Russia poses a “serious threat” to the USA

35% of respondents in the U.S. believe that Russia poses a “serious threat”

90% of Americans believe that Russia is a threat to the United States. This is evidenced by the results of a poll.
10% of respondents believe that Russia poses no threat at all.

The survey was conducted by phone 3 and 6 August, representatives of the company. by order of CNN, interviewed 1 thousand 18 respondents.

35% of Americans polled believe that Russia poses a “serious threat”, 27% – “moderate” and 17% “weak”.

In 2009, 68% of Americans believed that Russia threatens the USA, while 31% saw it as a threat. In 1983, 96% of Americans saw the threat to the USSR.
