People are attracted to high salary.
For the last time in Ukraine has increased the number of citizens wishing to work abroad.
Thus, according to the survey by the Sociological group “Rating”, 44% of Ukrainians have expressed their desire to work/get a job abroad, and 53% of such desires do not.
Moreover, among young people wishing to work abroad 68% among individuals of middle age – such 52%, while among senior – only 20%.
Most often the primary motivation in the desire to work abroad, the respondents listed the high level of salaries in other countries (72%).
Better working conditions, the desire to make money on housing (the education of children, treatment of relatives, etc.), realization of professional, high quality social protection as reasons for his desire to work abroad were called from 16 to 20%.
7% reasons for identified the opportunity to start their own business and the desire to obtain experience in international companies.
This files most often among the countries that would like to work respondents, Ukrainians called Germany (37%).
Poland would like to work 26%, USA 22%, Canada 21%, Czech 16%, Italy 15%, UK 14%, France or Sweden – 12%, Israel – 11%, Spain 9%, Netherlands 7%, Russia – 6%.
44% of respondents said that they do not have any chances to travel in the future to work abroad. 30% rated their chances of getting a job abroad as slight, 17% as significant.
