All interviews of the ex-President will be filed for investigation of the events of the Maidan.
The case Yanukovych will incorporate all his speeches during the events on Maidan and after. This broadcast channel 112 Ukraine informed the head of the Department of special investigations of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Serhiy Gorbatyuk.
“All video recordings of performances in these events and in subsequent interviews to various media, a press conference shall be attached to the materials produced and analyzed from the point of view of their conformity to the circumstances of those events. Today, they can already be compared with his testimony. Of course, they are in materials production and can be used as a definite evaluation of the evidence, if it is determined that there is untruthfulness in his testimony or attempt to tailor their testimony to certain events,” – said Gorbatyuk.
Also, the Prosecutor stressed that it is a comprehensive study of all activities as a former President and leaders of law enforcement agencies regarding the impact on the events that occurred on Maidan from November 2013 to end February 2014.
